She has extensive experience in agribusiness finance, particularly transactions backed by Brazilian agricultural securities such as CPRs, CDAs, WAs, CDCAs, and LCAs. She also advises on mining and energy regulatory frameworks, tax and regulatory compliance, cross-border investments, foreign exchange controls, and international investment flows — providing integrated guidance when structuring deals involving Brazil. Her expertise extends to compliance before agencies including the Central Bank of Brazil, ANP, ANM, MAPA, and Receita Federal, ensuring that cross-border transactions are structured securely, efficiently, and in line with Brazilian law. Victoria has hands-on experience in structuring and managing guarantees, such as pledges, mortgages, credit instruments, and agribusiness securities, supported by detailed due diligence and registration. She contributes to corporate governance, including incorporation instruments, amendments, and shareholder agreements, and represents clients before tax and regulatory authorities. Her expertise also extends to regulatory compliance, including dealings with the National Monetary Council, Central Bank of Brazil, Receita Federal, and ANP, as well as experience with proceedings before corporate registries and real estate registries.
